Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and knowledgeable DSO/Student Services Manager to support international students and manage student services operations. This role will primarily focus on F-1 visa processes, international student compliance, and ensuring an excellent student experience.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the Designated School Official (DSO) for SEVIS and manage all aspects of F-1 visa compliance, including issuing I-20s and maintaining accurate student records.
Provide guidance and support to international students on immigration matters, enrollment, and academic progress.
Develop and manage student services initiatives to enhance the overall student experience.
Coordinate with admissions, academic advisors, and faculty to support international student success.
Ensure compliance with SEVP regulations and report updates in a timely manner.
Organize virtual workshops and informational sessions for international students.
Respond to student inquiries and resolve issues related to visas, housing, and academic concerns.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field (Masters preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a DSO or in student services, with expertise in F-1 visa processes.
Knowledge of SEVIS and SEVP regulations is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
Experience supporting international students in higher education is highly desirable.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 20 per week
