Design Technology Specialist

Description:
• Member of the WSB Technology Team.
• Advance WSB design technology initiatives by promoting adoption, providing support, and fostering relationships with internal design teams, software vendors, and WSB clients.
• Develop creative and innovate solutions that add value to existing technology platforms.
• Explore technologies new to WSB or emerging in our industry.
• Identify and understand the technical requirements of multiple engineering teams and work to develop effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain enterprise integrations and automations with engineering systems.
• Document decisions in concise and meaningful business cases.
• Document standards, policies, and work processes in formats that may be easily consumed for staff training and Language Model consumption.

Requirements:
• ProjectWise ProjectWise Administration user management, access control, environments, document codes, workflows, Work Rules Engine, Bentley infrastructure cloud, iModel synchronization PowerShell for ProjectWise.
• OpenRoads/OpenBridge Workspaces ProjectWise managed workspaces, implementation, development, troubleshooting
• OpenRoads Designer / OpenBridge Modeler fundamentals, 3-level model management, workspace, building civil transportation elements, troubleshooting
• Scripting and Automation tools: PowerShell, Power Automate, python, VBA (examples, knowing a subset is acceptable).
• Strong understanding of programming concepts such as fundamental data structures, logic statements, loops, and functions.
• Strong understanding of document control methods for engineering project risk management.
• Highly self-reliant and resourceful.
• Does not require constant management.
• Able to own and lead tasks related to the role.
