Role Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented and linguistically adept individuals to join our team as Description Enrichment Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for enriching restaurant menu item descriptions, ensuring accuracy and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong language skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Description Enrichment: Examine existing restaurant menus and using provided source data, add descriptions where needed. Language Proficiency: Demonstrate native-level proficiency in English and Slovak to effectively assess and compare translations in these languages.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of findings, providing clear and constructive feedback for improvement.
Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address linguistic challenges and ensure effective communication of menu content.
Availability:
Should be available to work in the Eastern European Summer Time zone (EEST) Monday - Friday
Note, this is a short term project which is likely coming to an end at the end of the year
Qualifications:
Native-level proficiency in English and Slovak languages.
Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Previous experience in linguistic auditing or translation is a plus.
Pay Structure:
Pay is unit-based, with an effective hourly rate of $4, depending on efficiency and quality.
Training is compensated at $5 per hour, with no more than 1 - 2 hours required. Training pay will be provided after the completion of at least two working weeks (15 days).
Note: We are looking for someone who is fluent in both languages EnglishSlovak and available to work in EEST time zone
