Denver Only. Business Development. In Person Meetings. Hourly Pay (plus commission if desired)
We are hiring a Business Development specialist for in-person work in the Denver, Colorado Metro Area.
The work is paid per the our, so no heavy dependence on commission. (But commission can be added if this is something that appeals to you.)
Individuals who have done any of these, will be likely qualified:
- Business Development
- Sales
- Account Management (in respect to sales and sales growth)
- Business Growth
- Relationship Management
- Model. Brand Ambassador. Brand Spoke Person.
- Public Relations
- Influencer
We offer mechanical maintenance and repair services to residential properties (residential repair services / details to be offered in conversations with us) and part of our customers are apartment complex management offices.
We need a Business Development specialist to conduct several modes of contact with potential new customers (apartment complex management offices), for example, but not limited to:
- visiting in person and presenting the brand (leaving brochures, starting conversation, offering to hear needs, etc.)
- cold calling (only if this is something you like doing)
- distributing promotional literature (guiding the business what literature or promo merchandise is needed to be printed / produced, and mailing it or ordering to be mailed)
- attending events - and finding opportunities to present the brand
- generating more ideas for interaction and Business Development
- etc.
Desired skills and abilities in rough order of priority:
- driven self starter that energetically uses their billable time
- outgoing, outspoken personality, natural ability to attract positive attention, to start conversations and to create connections
- ability to positively lead conversations to presenting contact info of the brand and the service offerings
- ability to positively lead communication after first contact to encourage interest in our brand
