Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
Handle multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing exceptional customer service
Follow communication scripts, identify customers' needs, and provide solutions and alternatives
Perform data entry, access company resources, and navigate online platforms efficiently
Maintain punctuality, attendance, and a positive, professional demeanor in all customer interactions
Qualifications:
1+ year of customer service or customer support experience
1+ year of call center or office background experience
Technical savvy and ability to work independently
Previous remote work experience a plus
Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and typing accuracy (35 wpm)
Ability to pass a background check, in accordance with state and federal laws
What We Offer:
Competitive starting pay: $14/hour, with shift differential and potential increase after 90 days
Paid training: 3 weeks, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm (MST)
Full-time, 40-hour schedule, with rotating weekends
Equipment provided for full-time, permanent employees
