Youve built and led leadership teams, driven by KPIs, and coached dentists to be leaders within their practices.
Youre skilled at leading productive team meetings, one-on-ones, and large group sessions.
Youre experienced in billing, managing AR reports, handling adjustments, and resolving claims.
You know how to uplift team spirits and boost treatment acceptance rates.
You possess the unique ability to inspire and implement change within practices.
Youre passionate about developing curriculum and dedicated to continuous learning.
