Dental Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist – Dental Industry (Remote) Remote | Full-Time |Flexible Schedule About Us: Rosen Summit Dental Advisors (RSDA) provides outsourced administrative support to dental practices across the country. We specialize in helping offices manage their insurance credentialing, billing, and accounts receivable, so their teams can focus on what matters most: patient care. Job Details: • Follow a structured A/R protocol, including sending statements, follow-up calls, and mailed letters. • Review and verify balances using EOBs (Explanation of Benefits). • Make professional, courteous patient calls to resolve outstanding balances. • Accurately document all account activity and notes in an organized format. • Track A/R activity and results using spreadsheets and internal tools. • Collaborate with dental offices on account status and decisions regarding collections. Requirements: • Experience in dental billing, accounts receivable, or insurance posting. • Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes. • Familiarity with reviewing EOBs and Ledgers. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Comfortable using spreadsheets, dental softwares, and maintaining detailed records. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
