Provide support to the dental team, ensuring productivity and organization throughout the day
Focus on efficient patient scheduling for optimal productivity and care
Knowledge of dental terminology and ability to present financial arrangements to patients
Proficiency in understanding insurance codes and processes
Competence in using dental practice management software (experience with paperless systems preferred)
Ability to oversee financial operations, maintain budgets, and ensure profitability
