Position: Remote Dental Insurance Biller Location: Remote (Work from Home) Hours: Full-time Key Responsibilities: - Claims Submission: Accurately prepare and submit dental insurance claims - Payment Posting: Process and record insurance payments promptly - Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits - Insurance Aging: Manage and follow up on aging insurance claims Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of dental billing experience - Proficiency in Dentrix dental practice management software - Fast and reliable internet connection - Availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours - Familiarity with PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) plans - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with other dental practice management software - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance We offer competitive compensation and flexibility in remote work.
