Dental AR Specialist

Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the team! This role is fully remote and will work 8 hours per day Monday-Friday. Start time must be between 7:30-9amEST. The position will focus on open AR and aging claims in order to bring in revenue. Will be evaluated on how many claims are resolved daily and the amount collected. Must have working experience with accounts receivable within the dental industry as well as user experience with Dentrix, will work within DXE daily. This contract is part of a large movement to bring in revenue and supplement the Central Business Office team. Required Skills & ExperienceKnowledge of full RCM cycle within the dental industry 1+ years of recent experience working AR/billing/insurance claims within the dental industry Proven experience contacting commercial insurance companies to resolve payment issues-PPO, Medicaid, Medicare, etc across multiple stateso Experience working 40-50 claims per day Experience using Dentrix Nice to Have Skills & Experience* Experience using Eaglesoft Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
