About the Role

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing our paid advertising efforts across digital channels, with a primary focus on Google Ads. This role develops and executes advertising strategies that drive measurable growth, customer acquisition, and ROI across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic channels.

The ideal candidate brings a highly collaborative mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to leverage tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI to evaluate performance, generate insights, and confidently present data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams. Spanish-speaking abilities are a strong plus.

Fully Remote opportunity. Candidates must be available to work within the Eastern Time Zone.

Your Key Contributions

Manage, and develop the execution of multi-channel advertising strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee the optimization of paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and display networks.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics daily, identifying areas for improvement and scaling successful campaigns.
Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Own media planning and budget allocation, ensuring efficient use of spend and achieving CPA, ROAS, and other key targets.
Oversee A/B test ad copy, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative formats to improve performance.
Stay current with industry trends, platform changes, and emerging ad technologies.
Lead all performance reporting and present alongside insights to senior leadership on a regular basis.
Manage and mentor junior media buyers or ad specialists as the team grows.
Oversees and responsible for reporting on campaign performance, including key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and evaluate traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Work closely with the design and content teams to create engaging and high-converting ad creatives and copy.
Ensure all creatives are aligned with brand guidelines and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising, social media, and search engine marketing.
Perform competitive analysis and adapt campaign strategies based on industry trends and competitor activity.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns meet financial objectives and maximize ROI.
Work with leadership to align on ad spending with overall business goals.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
5-7 years mastery of paid advertising platforms and campaigns across (i.e. Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more)
Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus, with excellent communication skills in both languages preferred.
Proven experience managing a large paid social and digital budget with a focus on driving efficiency, audience and reach optimizations.
Strong track record of driving ROI using performance metrics, KPIs, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights), and A/B testing methodologies.
Experience in Multicultural/Hispanic media segmentations a plus.
Mastery of Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and related digital ad platforms.
Familiar with SEO/SEM principles and experienced in campaign tracking/reporting using tools like Google Tag Manager and UTM parameters.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to build scalable data models, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to deliver actionable insights.
Skilled at collaborating with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and continuously optimize campaign messaging and structure.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with internal teams and stakeholders.
