Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Occasional weekends and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
Assist customers with ticket purchases and flight check-ins
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Provide information about flight schedules, seat availability, and ticket prices
Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures
Process payments and issue receipts
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform other related duties as required
