## Position Description:
As a Junior Cabin Crew member at Delta Airlines, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers aboard our flights. Team members are essential in providing an exemplary level of service and maintaining the high standards of Delta’s reputation.
## Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during all flights.
– Perform pre-flight cabin checks and ensure all safety equipment is functioning appropriately.
– Demonstrate emergency and safety procedures such as the use of oxygen masks, seat belts, and exit doors.
– Offer in-flight services including meal distribution and waste collection.
– Assist passengers with special needs, including children, elderly, or disabled individuals.
– Deal tactfully with any passenger disturbances or emergencies that may arise.
– Promote the airline’s frequent flyer program and assist passengers with queries regarding their travel.
