**Job Description:**
As a Flight Attendant at Delta Airlines, you are the face of our brand and play a critical role in enhancing the travel experience for our passengers. Responsibilities extend beyond customer service to include ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers aboard flights. You will perform pre-flight checks, demonstrate safety procedures, serve food and drinks, and attend to any needs our passengers might have.

– Greeting passengers and assisting with boarding and deplaning processes.
– Demonstrating emergency and safety procedures such as the use of seat belts, oxygen masks, and life jackets.
– Providing food and beverage services while managing sales transactions.
– Delivering top-notch customer service and managing in-flight emergencies.
– Ensuring compliance with all federal, airline, and airport regulations.
**Requirements:**
– Minimum age of 21 years.
– High School Diploma or GED; further certification in hospitality or tourism is a plus.
– Ability to pass a rigorous background check and drug screening.
– Physical ability to manage frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting.
– Fluent in English, with additional language skills favored.
– Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, holidays, and in different time zones and climates.
**Educational Qualifications:**
– High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
– Post-secondary education or training in hospitality, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
**Experience:**
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not required as full training will be provided.
