We're seeking a skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management Developer to join our team and drive the integration of SailPoint solutions to enhance our security and governance posture. About Our IAM Team Our IAM team is dedicated to preventing fraud, detecting threats, and managing digital risk and access. We combine multiple services and knowledge to create a secure operating environment and maintain the trust of our stakeholders. Our focus is on mitigating attack risks, securing cloud transformation, and fostering a culture of safety and reliability within our team. As an Identity and Access Management Developer at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of this team, working closely with world-class software and platform teams to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble structure. Key Responsibilities Design, construct, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ. Troubleshoot and manage the installation of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment, leveraging your expertise in SailPoint implementation and IAM domain best practices. Implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements, and customize the application onboarding process using WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, ensuring the integrity of our systems and data. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our IAM solutions. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in identity management, access control, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field OR 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a technology, retail, or data-driven company. Strong exposure to average identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation. Experience with change deployment/release management, Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, SQL Server, etc. A positive and proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge. Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and cloud transformation. Strong understanding of security principles and practices, with a focus on mitigating attack risks. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
