**Job Description**
As a Cabin Crew member at Delta Airlines, you will be instrumental in creating a safe, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere for our passengers. **Responsibilities**
– Conduct pre-flight cabin checks and ensure safety equipment is available and in working order
– Greet passengers, assist with seating, and provide special attention to passengers with special needs
– Deliver safety briefings and instructions clearly and confidently
– Manage in-flight sales of duty-free goods
– Serve meals and beverages, including alcoholic drinks
– Deal with emergencies and provide guidance to passengers
– Ensure the cleanliness of the cabin at the end of each flight
**Requirements**
– Minimum age of 21 years
– Height between 5’2” and 6’3” without shoes
– Ability to reach overhead bins and operate emergency exits
– Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an asset
– Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
– Ability to work flexible hours, on weekends, and public holidays
– Physical fit and able to stand for long periods
**Educational Qualifications**
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Further certification in hospitality, travel, or tourism is advantageous
**Experience**
– Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
– Prior experience as cabin crew is beneficial but comprehensive training will be provided
