Delivery Ops Prof-Prj - 0034075 United States Worker Location: Remote Description The Delivery Operations Professional - Project is responsible for supporting delivery functions and tasks to better serve the company and to ensure smooth operational efficiencies. Key focus is on helping follow processes and procedures to support our global database of talent and daily assignment needs of the business. • Delivery Support and Operational Accuracy: Monitors shared inboxes throughout the day and responds or routes items based on established decision criteria. Assigns candidates to coaches, ensuring alignment to capacity, geography, specialty, or other matching rules. Builds and reviews Excel-based reports to support coach assignments, and operational insights. Demonstrates strong attention to detail and keeps all tracking systems updated and organized. • Technology and Systems Enablement: Uses delivery‑related systems, databases, and workflow tools confidently to support daily operational tasks. Navigates multiple platforms (e.g., Excel, Coach inventory systems) to ensure data accuracy and process consistency. Troubleshoots system or access issues and escalates technical concerns appropriately. Maintains organized digital records and ensures timely updates across all systems used by the delivery team. Leverages technology to streamline administrative tasks and support overall operational efficiency. • Stakeholder and Candidate Relationships: Ensures all business‑related processes and activities are completed accurately, timely, and efficiently while delivering a positive experience. Demonstrates strong customer service, clear written and verbal communication, and responsive support to internal partners, coaches, and external stakeholders. Navigates interpersonal situations with professionalism and sound judgment, resolves issues and supports healthy working relationships. • Results Orientation: Serves as liaison for leadership to execute delivery operational tasks and processes. Communicates status updates and needed clarifications with professionalism and consistency. Establishes rapport and trust with integrity and honesty across global stakeholder groups. Gains efficiencies by leveraging technology. Qualifications • Associate degree or 2+ years of comparable industry experience • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable industry experience preferred • Human Resources or Management experience preferred • Solves Problems: Objectively analyzes a situation and takes steps to provide a solution, identifies the root of the problem before pressing for resolution. Displays genuine interest in understanding others’ perspectives, asking questions and listening to understand all sides of the problem. Remains engaged until a solution is reached • Clearly Communicates: Communicates verbally and written in a professional, logical and meaningful way. Adjusts message / language to meet the audience. Presents information succinctly and in a way that it is easily understood.
