About the Role: Customer Experience Agent (Overnight Shift) The Customer Experience team at blithequark is dedicated to delivering exceptional user experiences through process improvement, order management, and proactive problem-solving. As a Customer Experience Agent on the overnight shift, you'll be the face of blithequark, ensuring that our customers receive their ordered products promptly and resolving any issues that may arise with a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: Interact with buyers and sellers to ensure a positive experience, responding to their concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues related to payments, orders, shipments, and general questions, striving for high-quality solutions. Develop expertise in blithequark's products, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users. Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions, promoting a seamless customer experience. Identify opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience, driving process improvements and enhancements. Essential Qualifications: Available to work the overnight shift from 10pm - 7:00am PST. 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services. Weekend availability required. Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations. Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom. A customer-first approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Proactive problem-solving and process improvement skills. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of collectibles is a plus. Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred. Previous start-up experience is a plus.
