Delivery Director (Remote From Anywhere)

Overview of the role:
The Delivery Director position requires an experienced professional to join the Management team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. The successful candidate will be proactive, dynamic, and a team player with excellent organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and considerable attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
- Direct project management practices using agile methodologies for your portfolio.
- Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for your team of Project Managers.
- Ensure consistent HR policies in close collaboration with Px.
- Support your structure (delivery managers and project managers) and escalate relevant issues to the VP when needed.
- Define global forecast for your project portfolio.
- Ensure your team complies with established methodologies and processes.
- Work with Account VPs to manage complex problems with clients when needed.
- Ensure effective, professional, and transparent communication between Project Managers and Customers.
- Secure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project for all your clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing (experience in Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets).
- Customer Focus: Customer-oriented approach.
- Financial Skills: Budget management experience.
- Technical Background: Software Development Management experience and previous experience as a Software Engineer.
- Methodologies: Experience with Agile Methodologies.
- Communication: Strong communication skills.
- Education: Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Language Skills: Advanced English level.
