DeFi Researcher/ Quant Analyst
##Key Responsibilities: Deep DeFi Protocol research – evaluate novel protocols and explore innovative yield-generating strategies, potential usage and integration opportunities. Statistical Analysis and Machine Learning – generate predictive models and analyse market microstructure, order book dynamics, and liquidity patterns. Innovation and Collaboration – stay abreast of industry trends; collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantitative insights into trading systems. Reporting and Communication – prepare reports to communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; translate quantitative insights into actionable recommendations for investment and operational strategies.Data Analysis and Interpretation – collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from blockchain networks (EVM and non-EVM chains). Quantitative Modelling and Strategy Development – develop and refine models and algorithms for portfolio optimisation, risk management, volatility forecasting and execution of trading strategies. Risk Management – identify and assess market, operational, and regulatory risks. ##Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a similar role in Web3. Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance or a related quantitative field.Proven experience in research and analysis of DeFi protocols, with a focus on identifying yield-generating opportunities.
