DeFi Analyst (Lending) - Crypto

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a DeFi Analyst (Lending) - Crypto - this is a fully remote position for US or Europe based candidates. Salary range: 120-150K USD yearly plus benefits. We build technology that makes markets safer and more accessible. Our risk management systems, oracles, and AI models secure billions in value while democratizing access to world-class financial tools. Our platform is trusted by leading protocols, including Aave, GMX, dYdX, Venus, Jupiter, and others, to manage and secure billions of dollars in assets. Reporting directly to the Lending Lead, we are looking for a talented DeFi Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of decentralized finance. Responsibilities: • Deliver insights and recommendations to our customers, leveraging our methodologies and simulation platform. • Analyze complex datasets, apply statistical techniques, and translate data into valuable insights, producing ongoing reports. • Create and present data visualizations for both internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outputs. • Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of our platform. Requirements: • 2+ years experience in web3. • Excitement around crypto/web3 and desire to truly integrate yourself into the ecosystem. • Demonstrated experience in modeling or analyzing DeFi protocols. • Excellent SQL knowledge. • Proficient in Python coding. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and lead various projects to completion. • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for DeFi and blockchain technology. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and/or DeFi projects. • Familiarity with profiling tools and performance optimization techniques. • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • B.S in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent.
