This is an entry level position that can lead to other opportunities within the company.Roles & Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from prospects and properly route these calls to the booking/admissions teams Answer inbound calls from students and properly route these calls to the academic affairs team Use Salesforce to create/verify Lead record data and document call transfer attempts Other related projects or tasks as assigned by management Administrative dutiesDesired Skills & Experience: 1+ years in a high volume inbound call center Proficient computer and email skills ENGLISH (Fluent Only) Must comprehend and communicate both written and verbally in EnglishExperiencewith Salesforce is a plusJob DetailsType: Full-Time / Part-TimeSchedule: Flexible schedule with a 9am - 5pm EST workday, including SaturdaysRemote: 100% OnlineNOTICE: It is essential to attempt the pre-screeners provided during the application process.
