This role is execution-driven and requires the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timelines, dependencies, and customer expectations are met.The PM serves as the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes, proactively driving progress with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure successful and timely implementation of services.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of telecom services, including order submission, provisioning, installation, and activationManage and enforce carrier timelines, including Firm Order Commitments (FOCs), and proactively address delaysDrive installations to completion, ensuring all dependencies (site readiness, documentation, access) are metAct as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycleIdentify risks early and take proactive action to prevent delays or service impactLead escalations with carriers and vendors, ensuring accountability and resolution under tight timelinesCoordinate cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, vendors, customers) to ensure seamless executionTrack and manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining accurate status, milestones, and documentationEnsure revenue realization by driving projects to successful and timely completionMaintain high customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering consistent resultsDocument project progress, updates, and completion reports in internal systemsQualifications:3–5+ years of experience in telecom service delivery, provisioning, or project managementProven experience managing end-to-end circuit delivery (internet, voice, fiber, or cloud services)Strong understanding of:Carrier processes and timelinesSite readiness requirementsInstallation workflowsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExperience handling escalations and resolving delivery issues under pressureStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, carriers, and internal teamsExperience using CRM or project tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Additional Information:Profile for SuccessOwnership mindset: Takes full accountability for project outcomesExecution-focused: Drives tasks to completion with urgency and precisionProactive thinker: Anticipates risks and acts before issues escalateIndependent operator: Works with minimal oversight and makes sound decisionsDetail-oriented: Maintains accuracy across multiple moving partsCustomer-focused: Balances delivery execution with strong client communicationAdditional InformationThis role requires a professional who can absorb complexity, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver results in a high-volume telecom environment.
