Key Responsibilities In this dynamic role, your key responsibilities will include: Airbnb Management: Be on-call to address any issues that may arise with Airbnb guests, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure guest satisfaction. Coordinate with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to resolve guest concerns promptly and efficiently. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure our properties remain in good condition and are ready for the next guest, adhering to our high standards of quality and cleanliness. Turo Vehicle Management: Handle the check-in and check-out process for vehicles, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients. Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections, including taking detailed photos of each vehicle to document its condition, and verify that all vehicles are in excellent working condition. Ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepared for guests before each rental, meeting our high standards of quality and presentation. Take post-trip photos upon vehicle return to verify the condition of the car, and coordinate with our team to address any issues or concerns. Coordinate vehicle deliveries and returns for guests who request delivery service, providing a convenient and hassle-free experience. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A valid driver’s license , which is mandatory for this position. Experience in customer service or property/vehicle management is preferred but not required; however, a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met. Flexibility to respond to issues and assist as needed throughout the day , providing timely and effective support to our guests and team members.
