Deal Development Associate

Esri is a leading company in GIS technology, and they are seeking a Deal Development Associate to support their sales division. The role involves managing sales agreements, pricing models, and collaboration with various teams to ensure effective sales processes and documentation. Responsibilities Deliver Results. Leverage best practices for pricing models to multiple stakeholders. Develop, document, and maintain policies and procedures for all aspects of the pricing tools and programs including contracts and database management Communicate and Collaborate. Use your knowledge of contracts, pricing, and sales agreements to update all stakeholders regarding new product releases, pricing updates, business models, and program entitlements Learn and Grow. Utilize your knowledge of Esri products and services to coordinate with multiple teams to review offers, coordinate approvals when required, and administer Master Purchasing Agreements, Multinational Agreements, and EA Programs. Maintain documentation for Master Purchasing agreements and Multinational Agreements Build relationships. Work closely with Contracts, Sales, and Operations to manage programs and workflows. Be an active member of projects around part number functionality, pricing, and other business managed under Corporate Accounts Skills 1+ years of work experience supporting master purchasing agreements and enterprise programs Experience with commercial software pricing models and strategy A background in pricing analysis and/or pricing catalogs Ability to manage multiple business priorities in addition to maintaining confidentiality of pricing, reporting, and terms of contracts Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and listening skills Detail oriented with the ability to work with a high level of accuracy Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly reporting functionality and spreadsheets Occasional travel may be required (up to ~10%); travel needs may vary based on business requirements Bachelor's degree in business, management, economics, or a related field Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting.
