The Deal Desk Specialist will be integral in supporting sales through deal structuring, pricing guidance, and maintaining operational excellence within the revenue execution team.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary partner to Sales for deal structuring, pricing guidance, and contract readiness across new business and expansionsReview deal terms for accuracy, compliance, and margin impact, ensuring alignment with internal policies and financial guardrailsManage the quote-to-contract workflow, including approvals, documentation, and coordination across Sales, Finance, and LegalMaintain and improve deal desk processes, templates, and playbooks to support high-volume deal flow and reduce friction for repsAnalyze deal trends, discount patterns, and commercial risks to provide insights that support revenue strategy and leadership decision-makingSkills1–3 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical functionAn understanding of SaaS commercial motions, pricing, quoting, and contract workflows for a variety of deal structuresHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage many deals simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speedProficiency in Salesforce and Excel (required) with the ability to navigate DealHub CPQ, approval workflows, and opportunity management best practicesExcellent communication and cross-functional partnering skills; able to balance rep enablement with operational and financial disciplineBenefitsHealth insurance (medical, dental, vision)A retirement savings planPaid time offOther employee benefitsCompany OverviewGrata is a business-to-business search engine for finding and targeting private companies.
