This a FullRemote job, the offer is available from: United States Overview: TISTA is seeking a Data Visualization Specialist to design and deliver intuitive dashboards, performance metrics, and visualization tools that support analytics, reporting, and leadership decision-making. Responsibilities: • Design dashboards and visualization tools that present complex data in clear, actionable formats.• Develop performance metrics and reporting solutions for leadership and operational teams. • Ensure usability, clarity, and compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards. • Support leadership briefings and create compelling communication materials using data-driven insights. Qualifications: • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data visualization, dashboard design, or business intelligence. • Proficiency with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (Section 508) and user-centered design principles.• Preferred Experience supporting federal programs or large-scale analytics initiatives. Core Competencies: • Ability to translate complex datasets into intuitive, interactive visualizations. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accessibility compliance. • Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field. • Preferred Certifications in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or UX/UI design.Clearance: • The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation.
