Our Visual Media Factory team is responsible for optimizing the virtual manufacturing line that produces 3D product images, and we're looking for a talented Senior Analyst to join our crew. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * **Driving key tasks across multiple imagery workstreams**: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize the virtual manufacturing line. * **Creating custom analytic reports**: You'll analyze data and develop reports that provide insights into picture quality, helping stakeholders make informed decisions. * **Improving existing structures**: You'll review current practices and leverage data to identify areas for improvement, suggesting and implementing changes to optimize the manufacturing process. * **Serving as a strategic partner**: You'll work closely with stakeholders to align on achieving value-driven outcomes, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution. * **Partnering with Product Managers**: You'll collaborate with Product Managers to design, develop, test, and improve Wayfair's proprietary workflow control gear and manufacturing ecosystem. * **Monitoring process health and performance**: You'll track key metrics and provide recommendations to improve overall process efficiency. * **Helping build scalable strategies**: You'll work with the team to develop strategies that support data collection and pipeline optimization. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **2+ years of experience** in improving strategies, reporting, and metrics in Operations, Business Analysis, or Strategy. * **Bachelor's degree** in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related quantitative and technically-rigorous discipline. * **Highly analytical skills**, including experience with reading and decoding large data sets directly (SQL experience required, Google Data Studio dashboarding experience preferred). * **Strong written and verbal communication skills**. * **Experience working in a detail-oriented environment**. * **Ability to break down complex, ambiguous goals into achievable pieces**. * **Ability to tie tactical targets to broader business goals**. * **High interest in detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously**. * **Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to develop new strategies from scratch**. * **Previous experience in 3D or Imagery is a plus**. **What We Offer** As a Senior Analyst at blithequark, you'll enjoy: * **Competitive salary**: $25 to $35 per hour. * **Opportunities for career growth and development**: We're committed to helping you grow and succeed in your career. * **Collaborative and dynamic work environment**: Our team is passionate about innovation and excellence. * **Flexible work arrangements**: We offer remote work options to support work-life balance. * **Comprehensive benefits package**: We offer a range of benefits to support your physical and mental well-being. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for analytics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
