The individual will support a U.S. Federal Law Enforcement agency by collecting and analyzing data and reporting results. This will include identifying and collecting data from data sources across multiple domains and classification, as well as analysis, visualization, model development, reporting, and implantation in support of organizational and mission goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Leading design and development of models and data visualizations to provide required insights using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, i2 Analyst, Palantir, Spotfire, or others.Leading and reviewing, data cleaning scripts using tools such as Python and RDeveloping Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning modelsApplying mathematical, quantitative, qualitative, and repeatable analytical methods to optimize research results and prepare detailed, actionable reports and presentations that support screening and vetting, lead development, and criminal analysisIdentifying and creating additional data visualization capabilities, as neededEnsuring data governance and quality assurance standards are metCollaborating with Law Enforcement personnel as well as data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to inform modeling and analysis.Working with team members to summarize and report on business process improvements to include gaps in current processes and initiatives to improve processes for an organizationSummarizing and presenting information and reports to the team and make recommendations (both oral and written).What You Will Need:U.S. Citizenship is requiredBachelor's Degree is requiredMinimum of FOUR (4) Years of Experience with with AI/ML platforms and processesWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Law enforcement experienceExperience leading teams focused on developing analytic solutionsExcellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detailExperience developing new and re-designing existing processes to meet new and/or evolving business requirementsAbility to provide guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasksCapability to manage multi-task projectsExperience analyzing and defining system requirementsAbility to work independently with minimal directionAbility to anticipate and respond to management and client needsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within an organizationThe annual salary range for this position is $92,000.00-$153,000.00.
