The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and deliver data analyses in support of Consumer and Small Business product or portfolio management, generally focused on improving customer experience or on credit risk performance and profitability analysis. The incumbent will source, mine and analyze data from various sources, pertaining to customers, applications, accounts, transactions and other relevant metrics, and provide predictive modeling and related interpretation in support of key business objectives, products and planning.
Source, mine, compile, aggregate, organize and analyze consumer and small business data from various sources, ensure data relevance and quality, determine key metrics, report content and layout, develop and deliver reporting in support of business objectives, present reports and provide interpretation
Develop predictive and behavioral modeling to inform business decisions regarding marketing, product, payment and channel, execute test scenarios and hypotheses, provide data analysis and recommendations to increase productivity and drive efficiencies
Maintain, cleanse and format the SAS data repository for consumer, small business loans and digital deposits, track and report on loan and deposit activity, manage applicable data sets
Interact with LOB stakeholders in different areas of Fulton bank on key initiatives as required
Education
Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty Information Technology, Business, Statistics or other applicable. (Required)
Experience
5 or more years Data mining and analysis in support of business decisions. (Required)
2 Or More Years Consumer Banking Or Marketing. (Preferred)
Certifications
SAS. (Required)
SQL, R Or Python. (Preferred)
Power BI. (Preferred)

The salary range for this position is $75,100.00 - $125,200.00 annually.
