Job Summary

As a Data Science Senior Manager - Business Growth and Insights, you'll work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Marketing, IT, and Finance to support business cases and operational plans. You'll be responsible for tracking and understanding incremental cost offers, identifying strengths and weaknesses in financial performance, and recommending optimizations. Your expertise in data analysis and presentation will help drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:


Track and analyze incremental cost offers currently in market, trending historic performance, and forecasting future costs
Identify strengths and weaknesses in financial performance and recommend optimizations to drive business growth
Present roadmap to executive leadership to ensure understanding and alignment with business strategy
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop unique promotional campaigns that drive growth and differentiate Workwarp in the industry
Design and implement statistical analytics plans using SQL/Teradata to quantify gains and test/learn new variances of existing strategies
Mine data to optimize targets, align to business goals, and key metrics, including price plan step-ups, retention opportunities, and ROI variables
Build, automate, and monitor data warehouse processes via SQL queries to qualify customers for strategies
Decipher performance across various metrics (KPIs, LNP, Segmentation, Propensity, etc.) to uncover new opportunities for growth and revenue
Present recommendations for strategy improvements and provide strong justifying evidence to defend these recommendations
Gain alignment across work groups and implement changes to drive business growth


Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant work experience in data science or a related field
Experience using SQL/Teradata to design upfront statistical analytics plans and quantify gains
Proven strengths in analytics and critical thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously


Preferred Qualifications:


Three or more years of experience in the wireless industry
Experience in Tableau development or similar visualization tools
Experience in Teradata TRM/CIM or similar campaign design tool
Exceptional skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
