Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to join our team at Workwarp! As a Data Product Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering business value through the production of quality products, driving sales, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This is a remote opportunity with a competitive salary and immediate openings available.

Key Responsibilities:


Strategy & Planning (40%):

Develop a deep understanding of customer and associate needs to inform enterprise product development.
Translate business goals and end-user needs into product strategy and priorities.
Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to determine product value and make recommendations for product backlog refinements.
Conduct end-user research to inform product development.


Delivery & Execution (30%):

Ensure product alignment with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
Document, review, and ensure quality and change control standards are met.
Formulate, test, and refine assumptions and hypotheses through user research and testing.
Create, prioritize, and accept user stories.


People (30%):

Foster collaboration with cross-functional team members.
Advocate for end-users and stakeholders by understanding their needs.
Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations.
Communicate product strategy and priorities effectively.




Requirements:


1-3 years of relevant work experience as a Product Manager in a modern software development environment.
Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.


What We Offer:


Competitive salary: $80,000 - $180,000 per year (depending on location).
