Key Responsibilities...
Ā Efficiently process and input large volumes of data into company systems and databases.
Ā Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
Ā Maintain and organize data records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Ā Collaborate with various teams to retrieve and input necessary data for ongoing projects.
Ā Generate reports, summaries, and data analytics as required by management.
Ā Follow company data management protocols and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Ā Provide support with any data-related queries or issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management are a plus.
Ā Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ā Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and other data entry software.
Ā Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Ā Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large data sets.
