We will ensure that you are well trained with client specific education and hands on training before working alone with our clients. Position Available –Full time and part time
Location – Peoria
Hours – Days and nights
What you need to know:
The candidate must be reliable and flexible
Be able to pass a background check
Be able to pass a drug screening
Reliable transportation
Paid weekly, every Friday!
Responsibilities:
Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs
Administer Physician-prescribed medication to patients
Provide education to client’s and their family on proper home health care procedures and strategies
Coordinate with Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and other individuals in the client’s care plan
Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the client
Requirements:
Unrestricted/Current Illinois Nursing License
Current Driver’s License
Reliable Transportation
Proof of Car Insurance
Passing of a Background Check and Drug Test
CPR Certified
