We are seeking a Research & Insights Communications Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with a Fortune 500 Telecommunications company and will help the client’s team formulate and execute on internal communication strategy aimed at translating complex data and insights to enterprise-wide decision makers.
Job Description
Comcast’s Enterprise business intelligence group and their Consumer Research & Insights team support the greater Comcast organization to make better, more informed business decisions from insightful data analysis and market research efforts. The team is looking for a communications expert that will help derive insights from data outputs and create content to convey a clear, cohesive, visually appealing and easily digestible story to individuals with minimal technical data knowledge.
The ideal candidate enjoys using data to deliver insights through storytelling and problem solves through innovative and strategic thinking. We are searching for an individual that has experience producing and delivering high-quality internal communications assets, including executive presentations, one-pagers, company-wide newsletters, and thought leadership pieces. This position provides an excellent opportunity for professional development by delivering valuable analytics and research insights for the world’s largest broadcasting and cable television company.
Core Responsibilities and Tasks
• Strategize and execute a cohesive voice for insights messaging
• Leverage multiple data sources to create compelling uniform reports for a broad audience of senior executives, frontline associates, and other targeted audiences
• Manage agile research projects; coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to keep up with fast deadlines
• Transform primary and secondary research into valuable, easy-to-understand insights
• Train cross functional team members and stakeholders on creating better presentations and deliverables
• Write research newsletters and maintain a messaging calendar aligned with key initiatives to garner internal support
• This is a full time, US based, remote position, working EST time zone.
