Data Governance
At American Express, we’re looking for an experienced Data Governance professional to join our fast-paced and innovative team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in data management and governance, a passion for developing and implementing data governance strategies, and a desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of American Express’s Data Governance programs, including the development of data standards, data quality, and data security.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of five years’ experience in data management and governance. You must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working with data. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Develop and implement data governance training programs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in data governance.
