About Apprenticely: Our internship program is a three-month program designed to provide hands-on experience under the guidance of a professional mentor and support team. We welcome veterans and diverse applicants looking to grow their careers.
Responsibilities:
Input data and make changes to digital databases
Create spreadsheets to track client information
Transfer data from hard copy to digital databases
Update client information in databases
Organize existing data in spreadsheets
Verify and correct data errors
Perform regular database backups
Provide administrative support
Assist with special projects requiring data entry
Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals
Preferred Qualities:
Currently pursuing or recently obtained Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Foundational knowledge of spreadsheets, Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data entry and management
Familiarity with various databases
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google-based programs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Details:
Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: 40-hour week, typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday
Length of Internship: 3 months
Location: Hybrid - Start-Up Village in Fayetteville, AR (with remote work options)
