This is a remote contract position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to meaningful work in the healthcare technology sector. We welcome candidates residing anywhere in the United States, with a preference for those located in Pacific Time (PT) or Mountain Time (MT) time zones.

This is a 6-8 month contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our dental insurance claims processing operations. You'll be working with sensitive information and will receive comprehensive training to ensure you're proficient in our systems and compliant with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA policies.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to our operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Perform data entry tasks: Accurately input and update information related to dental insurance claims into our systems. This includes entering patient information, claim details, procedure codes, and billing information with precision and attention to detail.
Image management: Download and upload dental images from client portals to the arenaflex portal. You will be responsible for ensuring that all images are properly organized, labeled, and associated with the correct patient records.
Data accuracy and timeliness: Ensure all data entry tasks are completed accurately and within the designated timeframes. Maintain high standards of data quality to support the overall efficiency of our claims processing operations.
HIPAA compliance: Adhere strictly to HIPAA policies and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive patient information at all times. Understand and follow all data security protocols to protect patient privacy.
Quality assurance: Review your own work for accuracy and completeness. Identify and correct any errors in data entry before submitting completed tasks.
System navigation: Effectively navigate our proprietary software platforms and client portals to perform required tasks efficiently.
