What a Data Entry Specialist will do:
Accurately enter incoming customer orders
Professionally answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate individuals, providing basic information or assistance when appropriate
Serve as first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, helpful, and prompt customer servis via phone, email, or in person
Perform routine clerical tasks such as filing documents, making copies, scanning records, and maintaining organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Support general office operations by assisting with supply inventory, mail distribution, and other tasks as assigned to help maintain efficient workflow and a professional office environment
What you need to be a Data Entry Specialist:
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Top-tier customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills
1-2 years of experience preferred
