Enter data accurately and efficiently into the company database
Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies
Manage a high volume of data entry tasks
Maintain data confidentiality and security
Communicate any issues or errors to the appropriate parties
Assist with general office tasks as needed
Meet deadlines and work efficiently with accuracy
Requirements
High school diploma or GED certificate
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience with data entry or administrative tasks preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior
*Experience in the construction or home improvement field would be highly valued, though absolutely not required.Benefits
While training will be done in-office, after 1-3 weeks, position can be done remotely.
Flexible hours
Pay: $20-23 per hour
