**What You'll Do in This Role**
As a Customer Acquisition Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
* Mastering product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements and identify new business opportunities
* Initiating steps to help customers overcome concerns or roadblocks that may be prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
* Managing external competitive pressures and handling objections to retain customers or win new customers
* Managing a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day, with a focus on outbound communication
* Working with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
* Maintaining the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured
* Undertaking sales motions that may include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts
* Working with a team and reporting directly to a Sales Manager
**Your Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity
* Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quota/goals
* Experience in high-volume calling
* Experience learning new technology and data
* Problem-solving skills
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
* Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
* Experience or willingness to work from home
