As a Data Entry Operator/Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Accurately entering and updating member information in our database
Managing and organizing electronic and physical records
Verifying data accuracy and making corrections as needed
Generating reports to track program participation and services
Developing new data entry procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
Collaborating with team members across departments to gather data inputs
Responding to data-related inquiries and assisting staff
Requirements:
Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy
Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Strong organizational skills and task prioritization
