Customer Service Representative Hybrid (4 days remote/ 1 day on-site)

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Take incoming phone calls from customers and address account-related questions and concerns
Educate customers on finance charges, late fees, payment options, and account management
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues within company policies and applicable laws
Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction
Balance customer needs with meeting performance metrics and company expectations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or 6 months of related experience/training
Basic to moderate computer knowledge and keyboard skills
Ability to multi-task in a high-energy office environment
Effective communication skills and ability to handle stressful customer interactions
Problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues as needed
Willingness to work a variable schedule, including evening shifts and Saturdays
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous customer service experience in a call center environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Knowledge of automotive financing and industry terminology
Ability to speak multiple languages
