**Role Overview**
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our remote team! As a Data Entry Operator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our data entry processes. **Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for:
* **Entering customer and account data**: You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from various sources into our Company database software.
* **Identifying and correcting errors**: You'll use quality control methods to identify and correct errors, ensuring that our data is accurate and reliable.
* **Reviewing data for discrepancies**: You'll review data for discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
* **Notifying applicable department leadership**: You'll notify applicable department leadership if the system is not accepting information.
* **Maintaining a daily production log**: You'll maintain a daily production log to ensure that all time and work is accurately documented.
**What You Can Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **High school diploma or equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
* **2 years of experience in full Data Entry capacity**: While not mandatory, 2 years of experience in full Data Entry capacity is preferred.
* **Excellent alpha and number recognition skills**: You'll need to have excellent alpha and number recognition skills to accurately enter data.
* **Ability to work quickly and accurately**: You'll need to be able to work quickly and accurately, with a high level of attention to detail.
* **Ability to key 10,000 keystrokes per hour**: You'll need to be able to key 10,000 keystrokes per hour, equivalent to 45-50 wpm.
* **Excellent oral and written communication**: You'll need to have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
* **Ability to work both independently and as part of a group**: You'll need to be able to work both independently and as part of a group, with minimal supervision.
* **Reliable and predictable attendance**: You'll need to have reliable and predictable attendance, with the ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications.
