Job Summary
As a Data Entry Operator II, you will play a crucial role in transcribing data into a computer-friendly format. Under general supervision, you'll utilize your keyboard skills and understanding of data entry procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks.
Responsibilities
Review and process electronically stored data following established procedures.
Verify and correct data entries for accuracy and completeness.
Process applications and data within defined timelines.
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals.
Minimum Qualifications
Two years of relevant experience in data entry or clerical work.
Proficiency in using business software and internet applications.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a remote setting.
Familiarity with government security clearance procedures.
Physical Requirements
Ability to use a keyboard and monitor computer systems for extended periods.
Capability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds.
Comfortable with answering and making phone calls.
Work Environment
Remote work setup with occasional transportation to customer sites.
Exposure to office/shop environments with some background noise.
