Job Title: ServiceNow QA
Test Planning and Strategy:
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies based on project requirements and specifications.
• Test Execution:
• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing On Service Now instances with a specific emphasis on CSM module.
• Validate that configurations and customizations meet business requirements and function as intended.
Defect Management:
• Identify, document, and track defects through the testing lifecycle.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
Automation:
• Implement and maintain automated test scripts using relevant testing tools for CSM module.
• Continuously explore opportunities to enhance test automation coverage and efficiency.
SQL Query Writing:
• Write and execute SQL queries, including basic queries with joins, to support database testing and validation.
Collaboration:
• Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in regular meetings to provide updates on testing progress, issues, and overall project status.
Documentation:
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
• Ensure that testing activities comply with organization standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Analyst with a focus on Service Now Platform and Service Now Automated Test Framework
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices.
• Proficiency in creating and executing automated test scripts using relevant tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus
