We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our computer systems and databases. This role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Ā Input data into spreadsheets, databases, and other software systems
Ā Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness
Ā Perform data cleaning and data validation tasks
Ā Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Ā Generate and prepare reports as needed
Ā Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as required
Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus
Ā Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
Ā Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Ā Strong attention to detail and... organizational skills
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software
Ā Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.55 - $19.07 per hour
