Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented Data Entry & Facility Needs Assessment Analyst to partner with arenaflex on a critical project: converting a comprehensive 96‑page Facility Needs Assessment PDF into a clean, upload‑ready Excel dataset. This role demands an acute eye for accuracy, the ability to interpret semi‑structured tables and narrative notes, and a proactive mindset for uncovering hidden data points within dense documentation. The successful candidate will work independently, communicate clearly with the project manager, and deliver a flawless Excel file that integrates seamlessly with our internal web application.

Key Responsibilities
Document Review & Data Extraction

Thoroughly examine the 96‑page PDF, focusing on the tables beginning on page 46 that enumerate identified facility needs for each campus.
Identify and extract every data element—such as need type, priority level, location, and supporting comments—and map them accurately to the corresponding columns in the provided Excel template.
Scan the remainder of the report (pages 1‑45 and 47‑96) for additional observations, notes, or footnotes that are not captured in the original tables, and incorporate them into the spreadsheet using appropriate fields.
Resolve any ambiguities by consulting the project lead or referring to the documented column definitions, ensuring that the intent behind each data point is preserved.


Data Structuring & Quality Assurance
