Assist in generating reports by collecting and analyzing data from various sources.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information.
Skills Required:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data handling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
