We are committed to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and forward‑thinking workplace where every employee can make a tangible impact on the health and wellbeing of the communities we support.

Why This Role Matters
In an increasingly data‑driven world, the accuracy and timeliness of compliance documentation can be the difference between seamless program funding and costly interruptions. As a Data Entry Compliance Processor I at arenaflex, you will be the guardian of critical information that sustains our CACFP participation, ensures adherence to state and federal regulations, and safeguards the nutritional standards our families trust. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while playing a vital role in a mission‑critical function.

Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Entry

Transfer data from scanned images, PDFs, and electronic submissions into meticulously formatted Excel spreadsheets.

Reporting & Claims Submission

Prepare and submit state claim packages and internal performance reports on schedule, ensuring 100 % accuracy and adherence to guideline specifications.
Collaborate with finance and program managers to resolve any claim rejections or data inconsistencies.
Document all submission activities in a central repository for future reference and audit trails.

Continuous Improvement & Communication

Proactively surface compliance trends or recurring data quality issues and suggest process enhancements.
Communicate findings and status updates clearly to cross‑functional teams via email, virtual meetings, and shared dashboards.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on evolving CACFP regulations, data security best practices, and arenaflex operational updates.
